By placing an order and using our website services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Price & Product Rules

All product prices, specifications, stock and availability are subject to change without prior notice, based on the latest display at checkout. All quotations apply to specified specifications and MOQs only, excluding international freight, tariffs and taxes, which shall be borne by the buyer. Slight color differences caused by material batches or display variation are normal and do not constitute quality defects.

2. Order Validity & Review

An official order takes effect only after the buyer submits a formal purchase order and the deposit is fully received. We reserve the right to review, refuse or cancel abnormal, fraudulent or unreasonable orders at our sole discretion without prior notice.

3. Payment Terms

We accept wire transfer, PayPal and other agreed payment methods. All payment details are subject to the proforma invoice. Unilateral chargebacks or disputes without valid quality inspection evidence will not be accepted, and we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies. Order processing and shipment will commence only after full payment is received.

4. Delivery & Liability Exclusion

All delivery times are estimated and non-binding. We shall not be liable for any delay, detention or loss caused by force majeure, policy changes, customs detention, logistics accidents, carrier delays, incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the buyer or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. After-sales & Returns

Claims for damage, missing items or quality defects must be submitted within 7 days after delivery with valid evidence. Standard in-stock products qualify for a 14-day cooling-off period for non-defective returns. Custom-made, personalized items and disposable consumables are not eligible for non-defective returns once produced, shipped or unsealed. Late claims shall be deemed as full product acceptance, and no further disputes will be accepted.

6. Warranty Exclusion

Warranty shall be fully void if product damage is caused by unauthorized modification, improper use, incorrect operation, external impact or unauthorized disassembly. No free after-sales service or compensation will be provided for such damage.

7. Intellectual Property

All product images, copywriting, designs and graphical content on this website are exclusively owned by us. Any unauthorized copying, distribution or commercial use is prohibited. We reserve the right to take legal action against infringement.

8. Updates & Dispute Resolution

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, effective immediately upon publication. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of revised terms. All transaction-related disputes shall be exclusively governed by the laws of the operator’s jurisdiction.
