1. Acceptance of Terms
By browsing our website, placing orders or contacting our team, you confirm full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. All purchases shall be governed by below rules.
2. Customer Support
Our team stands by during regular business hours to provide professional assistance for all your inquiries and order issues.
3. Price & Order Rules
All unit prices are quoted based on specified quantity & specification; prices exclude international shipping cost, import duty and local tax of destination country.
Orders are confirmed only after receiving your official written PO (purchase order) and agreed deposit as required.
Minor color difference caused by raw material batch & display screen shall not be regarded as product defect.
4. Payment Terms
We accept T/T, PayPal and agreed payment terms; full payment arrangement shall follow confirmation in proforma invoice. Chargeback without valid quality evidence is not supported.
5. Shipping & Logistics
Shipment schedule will be informed after deposit received; standard delivery uses client-designated courier or sea freight. Extra expedited freight cost shall be borne by buyer.
6. Return & After-sales
Claims for defective goods must be submitted within 7 working days after goods receipt with clear photos/videos proof; overdue complaints will be invalid.
Custom-made items per buyer’s exclusive specification cannot be returned or exchanged unless mass production error on our side.
7. Intellectual Property
All pictures, product drawings, texts on our site are intellectual property of our company. Unauthorized copy, reproduction for commercial use is forbidden.
8. Disclaimer
We are not liable for delayed delivery caused by force majeure, customs detention, international logistics emergency or buyer-provided incorrect shipping address.
9. Revision & Dispute
We reserve the right to revise terms occasionally with website update; disputes shall be settled via friendly negotiation first, governed by China law.
