Return & Refund Policy

1.Standard in-stock items

Returns acceptable within 14 calendar days after receipt per local consumer laws. For non-quality returns, buyer covers all return shipping and related customs duties. Items must remain unused with full original packaging & accessories; incomplete/damaged goods are non-returnable.

 2.Custom & personalized products

No free cancellation or return without verified factory defects after order confirmation & production launch. For confirmed quality issues within 14 days, replacement/parts reshipment is prioritized; full refund only if remedies fail.

3.Quality issue solution

Submit defect photo/video proof within 14 days of delivery. We cover return shipping for verified factory flaws and prefer replacement or partial compensation; misuse or late claims are not eligible for after-sales.

4.Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed to original payment within 5–10 working days.

5.Order Cancellation During Production

Unproduced standard orders may be fully cancelled. Once production starts, buyer’s unilateral non-defect cancellation triggers deduction of incurred material & labor costs from deposit/prepayment. Custom orders: no full deposit refund for mid-production voluntary cancellation.
