Shipping Policy
1. Production & Processing Time
Standard orders require 7–15 working days of production. Bulk and custom orders follow the production schedule confirmed in advance. Shipment will be arranged only after production completion.
2. Shipping Method & Fees
We provide international express, air and sea shipping as agreed. Product prices do not include international freight, import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees. All shipping and destination country-related charges shall be borne by the buyer. Additional costs for expedited shipping are paid by the buyer.
3. Delivery Time
Logistics delivery time is for reference only. We are not liable for delays caused by customs inspection, flight changes, remote transit or other uncontrollable international logistics factors.
4. Customs & Import Liability
The buyer is fully responsible for local import clearance, tax payment and compliance with local laws. Any detention, return, fine or loss due to the buyer’s incomplete information or non-compliant import operations shall be undertaken by the buyer.
5. Shipping Information
We are not responsible for delivery failure, loss or return caused by incorrect or incomplete recipient information provided by the buyer.
6. Force Majeure
We assume no liability for shipment delays, losses or returns caused by logistics emergencies, customs control, policy changes, natural disasters and other force majeure events.
7. Shipment Confirmation
Tracking numbers will be provided after shipment. Successfully delivered, unclaimed or abandoned packages are not eligible for refund.
